Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via USPS. 

Once your purchase has been made a confirmation email will be sent to you. All orders take 2 to 3 Business Days to be processed (Monday-Friday). After your order has been processed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number attached will be sent to you.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday through USPS First Class Mail and may take 2 to 4 days for delivery in the United States. If by chance there is an issue with your order you will be notified and this may delay the shipping process. Please don't hesitate to email us if you have any other questions about our shipping process.

 

 

LOST MAIL / INCORRECT / UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

Klassy Professional is not responsible for lost mail. 

If your package goes missing, please contact USPS immediately as they are responsible for the delivery. We do not receive any additional delivery information that is not visible to you as a recipient. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is confirmed.

In the event that your package is LOST IN TRANSIT, please file a Missing Mail Claim with USPS, and email Info.KlassyProfessional@gmail.com a copy of the USPS confirmation that it has been lost in transit. We will be happy to issue you a refund.  

If you notice your mailing address is incorrect after the order has been processed, please email us immediately so we can fix it for you before the package is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we will not be responsible for lost package due to address error, unknown addressee or undeliverable address will not be eligible for replacement nor refund. However, if the package does get returned and received by us, we can re-ship it with an additional shipping fee($10.99).
